Most figures recalculate from your current data; you can also log channel ad spend and, with Settings permission, review and apply a suggested rate-card increase.
The Profit Leak Detector is a ranked, color-coded list of up to five things costing your shop money right now — overdue invoices first, then low-margin jobs, aging quotes, material-heavy jobs, jobs missing logged labor, and jobs stuck in a stage. Each card shows a dollar or days figure and links straight to where you'd fix it.
Pricing Autopilot analyzes your completed jobs by wrap type, compares the margins you actually made against your target, and suggests the exact dollar adjustment for each job type. It turns "are we charging enough?" into a specific number you can apply on the very next quote.
Every revenue figure counts money actually collected, not money invoiced. A big invoice that hasn't been paid shows up as an unpaid-invoices leak rather than as revenue — that's by design, so the numbers reflect cash in hand.
Reports is open on every plan, trial included, and is gated by the Reports permission, which belongs to the Manager role by default. A manager can grant that permission to a custom role like a bookkeeper. Reports uses no AI credits.
